Jungian psychology in Copenhagen
Facing life's challenges is always a difficult ordeal. In our culture, it's common to try to deal with them on our own, but how long can we treat ourselves so harshly and drain all our resources when we can seek help? A common concern among psychoanalyst clients is the inability to resolve internal issues independently.
An analyst doesn't give advice or criticize; instead, they guide the client, helping them find their own way out of the difficulties they've encountered.
My goal is to support you through difficult times and serve as a guide in your process of personal growth, creating a safe environment where you can restore your emotional resources.
Here are the issues I work with:
- Searching for personal identity in a new country, challenges with integration
- Experiencing a personal crisis, grief, or the aftermath of a traumatic event
- Difficulties in personal relationships: family or partner problems, jealousy, conflicts
- Loss of life purpose, feeling down, unexplainable guilt, sadness and apathy, low self-esteem
- Depression, loneliness
- Struggles with setting and achieving personal goals, problems with studies or work
- And many more.
About the first session
During the first consultation, we get to know each other. You share your concerns and anything else you feel is important. There's no need to prepare a story in advance; you can feel relaxed.
Depending on your needs, at the end of the meeting, after reviewing the situation, I will suggest a consultation plan. We will discuss the frequency of meetings and the guidelines that need to be followed for effective therapy.
The consultations take place in Vestamager, Copenhagen.
I also conduct sessions via Zoom.
