Discover the Meaning of Your Dreams
Have you ever wondered about the meaning of your dreams? Had a vivid, intense dream that lingered in your mind for days? Experienced the wonder of a lucid dream?
Dreams are a part of our consciousness, connected to the mystery of life and our innermost Self. Through dreams, we can explore realms beyond our waking mind and personality, facing and transforming shadow aspects within us. Healing doesn’t always need to happen when we’re awake. Understanding dreams can be challenging. We often focus on the story or characters, which may seem illogical. To truly understand, we need to look beyond mental interpretations and connect with the emotions of the dream. Our higher consciousness guides us through dreams, even if we’re not always aware. By revisiting dreams in a waking state, we can communicate with different parts or characters within them.

Meet our hosts
Lana Kunstek was always passionate about finding the answers to questions such as what drives us and who we are at the core of our being.
That led her to body-oriented therapy, where she learned that many of her answers lie in the body. She became aware that underneath our images and projections lies a living being who wants to live and be in the creative movement. It is up to us to choose our way back to it.
In 2019. she moved to Denmark, where she works in her private practice. In her work, Lana uses archetypes, breathwork, movement, a connection between inner parts, shadow work, and essence work.
She holds a master’s degree in social work and furthered her studies in body psychotherapy. Lana is also certified as a psychotherapist by the International Institute for Core Evolution and Core Soma.
Ksenia Platonova is a psychoanalyst, an analytical psychologist, a fairy-tale psychotherapist educated in Russia and currently a Senior Candidate in C.G.Jung Institute, Copenhagen.
